SkillNexus and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SkillNexus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
• Use any automated system to access or scrape the Platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

6 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall SkillNexus's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
